With the offshore scene starting to heat up on Long Island, I was happy to deliver a matching set of (9) Black Hole Giant's for a customer from Pelagic Outfitters in Lindenhurst, NY. Using the same nano carbon technology that their lighter models are known for, these blanks were designed with a softer tip section and plenty of reserve power through the rest of the rod to take on the largest tuna, sharks, and pelagic species that swim.
Starting with heavy duty cross cut hypalon fore grips, these builds were finished with a clean, blacked out look using Winthrop Excel Roller Guides and Winthrop Adjusta-Butts. The rods are number #1-9 and also feature a custom wolf head decal designed by the owner.
